Prophet Muḥammad; The Ultimate Defender of Women Rights

Archaically, women were deprived of their freedom, inheritance, and the most basic rights. They were often marginalized and subjected to abuse. Then came Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, with the divine law, that protected women and their property. He emphasized equality between men and women in terms of rewards for good deeds, and highlighted the nobility of those who honor and treat women with kindness. Muslim women, and indeed the entire committed community, need a conscious reading between the lines to understand the rulings and wisdom, and to be equipped with knowledge to refute the allegations of the misled and the misleading.
