مستخلص البحث (Abstract)
تناول هذا البحث أحكامًا متعلّقة بعبادة عظيمة عند المسلمين وهي الصيام، وعلى الخصوص جانبًا تعمّ الحاجة عند الناس لمعرفة أحكامه، وهو معرفة ضوابط المرض الذي يكون محلّ الترخّص للمسلم بالفطر، ومن جانب آخر دراسة أثر التداوي على اختلاف صوره في صيام المؤمن، ووصف أهمّ طرق العلاج العصر يّة التي لها ارتباط بمفهوم الصيام مع بيان حكمها، مع التعرّض للمقارنة بين المذاهب الأربعة في اعتبار المفطّرات، وبيان ما أجمعوا عليه وما اختلفوا فيه من ذلك.
Abstract (English)
This research deals with rulings related to a great worship of Muslims, which is fasting, and in particular, an aspect widely needed by the people to know its judgments, which is to know the defining terms of the illness that allows a Muslim to break the fast, and, on the other hand, studying the effects of medicating, in its different forms, on the muslim’s fasting and describing the most important methods of modern treatment which is related to the concept of fasting, with an explanation of its ruling, in addition to a comparison between the four schools of thought in considering the things that break the fast and an explanation of what they agreed upon and what they differed in from that.
