مستخلص البحث (Abstract)
تناول هذا البحث أصلًا عظيمًا من أصول الفقه التي بُنيت عليها الأحكام الشرعيّة وهو الإجماع. فقد اشتمل على عرض لمحة موجزة عن تعريفه وأنواعه، وبيّن أنّه حجّة قاطعة في دين الله تعالى إذا استوفى الشروط، ووضّح مستند أهل السنّة والجماعة في حجيّته من آيات الكتاب العزيز، والأخبار المتّفِقة على عصمة الأمّة، وكيفية الاستدلال بها، والجواب عن الشُّبَه الموجّهة إليها، بعد عرض آراء المخالفين في هذه القضية. وخَلُص إلى بيان خطورة المسّ بهذا الأصل العظيم ومحاولة هدمه وإلغائه؛ لأنّه ذريعةٌ إلى ردّ جملةٍ من الأحكام الشرعيّة التي أجمع العلماء عليها واستقرّ الرأي فيها، بحيث لا يُقبل فيها تغيير أو تحريف.
Abstract (English)
This research focuses on a significant source of Islamic jurisprudence, which is consensus (ijma^). It provides a brief overview of its definition and types, emphasizing that it is a decisive proof in the religion of Allah if the conditions are met. The evidence of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama’a regarding the authoritative proof of consensus has been well established using verses from the Noble Qur’an and agreed-upon narrations that affirm the immunity of the Muslim nation. It also discusses the methods of deducing rulings from consensus and addresses objections raised against it and refutes them. The research concludes by highlighting the danger of tampering with this important principle and attempting to undermine or abolish it. Consensus serves as a basis for numerous established Islamic legal rulings unanimously agreed upon by scholars, which should not be subject to alteration or distortion
